Hi everyone!
Since the beginning of Are You Here? I have wanted to start a conversation around this, uplift others, and find the joy in the sadness. I also wanted this to be a FAMILY project including Kinsley, Kya, Kali, and Kingston. These drawings of butterflies and ladybugs from my kids are signs they receive from Gigi. If you’re a parent, I hope you find some time to sit with your kids and talk about what they see. It is SUCH a special moment of joy, even in times of grief.
This website needs a bit more texture and vibrancy, so I’ve recruited my kiddos to do some more illustrations for me. We were so inspired by all the work that Elisabetta did for Are You Here? and want this project to be more than just a song or book. This is a small but growing community that we hope inspires hope, faith, joy and healing.
Thank you to those who have posted your own photos, shared stories, and invited friends to the budding Facebook Group! When we think about what we need, it’s always best to offer that to others. Please consider:

We all have a greater purpose beyond our own interests.
This community is OURS.
Sometimes struggles are an invitation to look for the signs that our loved ones are right here with us when we need them the most.
